Shannon-Rae is an artist and space holder devoted to creating spaces that nurture the soul, ignite creativity, and centre collective care.
Her work is rooted in the belief that rest is resistance, creativity is medicine, and that building a more just and soulful world begins from within.
With a background in performing arts, events and curation, Shannon-Rae has since trained in yoga, self-development, energy healing, coaching and astrology. Whether through ritual, guidance or movement, she invites individuals into deeper connection with themselves and others.
Bringing together art, spirit, and social impact, she is building bridges between worlds and helping others remember their magic.
