African Yoga Brunch
DATE: 17TH JUNE | TIME: 10AM - 1PM | LOCATION: KENTISH TOWN
Explore the magic and history of kemetic yoga and enjoy delicious food inspired by African culture.
We’ll begin with an immersive kemetic yoga workshop with Pana founder Rebekah Jade, including a guided flow to get a real feel for the ancient postures. Kemetic yoga originated in Egypt and focuses on the movement of energy through the body in order to connect with one's higher intelligence and the divine.
After the workshop and guided yoga flow we will enjoy a delicious plant-based brunch celebrating a curation of Africa’s tastiest flavours prepared by founder of Zigubign, Abigail Gebreegziabher.
There will also be space to share and connect whilst we eat and enjoy.
