Spring Dance, Sound & Cacao

Join us for an evening of embodied movement, the uplifting vibrations of sound and cacao.
We’ll start with a guided Cacao meditation. allowing us to open and drop in to our hearts. Cacao is an ancient plant medicine that has been used for thousands of years. The Cacao spirit is known as a keeper of sacred wisdom and healing.
Following our meditation we will move in to dynamic movement. A moving meditation, which will be accompanied by a themed DJ mix. Closing with a sound session with singing bowls, to wind down, come in to stillness and integrate.
