Rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa and woven with threads of Kundalini, YIN AND KATONAH, this class is a gentle space to explore the foundations of yoga while opening up to your own rhythm and flow.
Each week we’ll begin with the basics — moving slowly, tuning into the breath, and dropping into the body. As we grow together, we’ll explore different elements of yoga: from postural alignment to energetic awareness, to the inner stillness that movement can create.
This is for all levels and all bodies. Whether you're brand new or coming back to your mat.
