Join us for a 60-minute online session for nervous system nourishment, inner calm, and creative reconnection.

In a world that constantly asks us to speed up, perform, and produce — what happens when we choose to slow down instead?

The ‘Soothing’ Way is a gentle, grounding space to soften, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with the quiet magic that fuels your creativity.

Led by Shannon-Rae, multidisciplinary artist, yogi and space holder, The ‘Soothing’ Way is a space especially crafted for the BIPOC creative community, empaths, and neurospicy folks who feel deeply and often hold a lot.

Shannon-Rae Lawes is a creative and spiritual practitioner, space holder, and founder of Culture Alchemy — a lifestyle brand rooted in wellness, creativity, and high-vibration living. Her work blends movement, ritual, and soulful practices to support inner connection, nervous system healing, and creative expression.

With training in Yoga, Reiki, Coaching, and Astrology, she creates spaces that are both grounding and expansive.

The 'Soothing' Way is for those navigating overwhelm, creative burnout, emotional intensity — or simply longing to feel more grounded in body, mind, and spirit.

A balm for your nervous system and a breath of relief from hustle culture.

What to Expect:

Guided breath + nervous system soothing

Gentle movement

Journaling + creative reflection

Restful integration + closing ritual

Come as you are. This is about being, not doing.

You don’t need to be “on.” You just need to show up.
